Standard Essential Patents and FRAND Licensing

The VMVLA will host its first Spring Meeting from April 30 to May 2, 2024, at the Hilton Garden Inn Dulles North in Ashburn, Loudoun County. The program will focus on business and tax law with an emphasis on intellectual property and emerging trends related to new technologies.

Matt Grillo, of the firm’s Intellectual Property practice, will present on “Standard Essential Patents and FRAND Licensing,” highlighting FRAND Licensing and FTC v. Qualcomm, as well as their effect on global perspectives on business law.
