Trademark & Copyright: Ms. Gustafson’s practice includes trademark and copyright protection; trademark prosecution, clearance and policing worldwide, including opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board; domain name disputes, including ICANN proceedings, and intellectual property due diligence and counseling for mergers and acquisitions, asset purchases and secured transactions.

Licensing: Ms. Gustafson also advises clients with respect to a wide range of intellectual property and technology licensing and complex transactions. In particular, her practice includes drafting and negotiating software development and licensing agreements, distribution and reseller agreements, copyright and trademark licensing agreements, content licensing agreements and a variety of e-commerce agreements.

Advertising: In addition, Ms. Gustafson counsels clients on a variety of advertising issues, including ad review and clearance, drafting of advertising and promotions agreements and counseling regarding contests and sweepstakes.
