Mr. Bebb is a member of the Corporate & Securities, Finance and Emerging Growth & Technology practice sections, focusing on corporate matters.

Prior to joining Pillsbury, he was a partner with Ferrari Olsen Ottoboni & Bebb, LLP in San Jose, California.

Mr. Bebb has extensive experience representing corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies in all stages from formation through divestiture. He presently serves as general counsel to both public and private companies in a variety of industries. Mr. Bebb has represented companies, partnerships and venture funds in numerous private placements of securities, including real estate syndications, R&D partnerships and offerings of common and preferred stock. He also has participated in several hundred merger and acquisition transactions involving both public and private companies.

Mr. Bebb has participated in a variety of technology licensing and leasing transactions. As corporate counsel, he has participated in contract negotiations and drafting, dispute resolution involving employment, stock option, shareholder, distribution and other types of agreements.

Mr. Bebb has been named as a leading lawyer in the areas of Business, Corporations and Mergers and Acquisitions in annual surveys published in San Jose Magazine. He has also been named as a “Northern California Super Lawyer” in the areas of Corporations and Mergers and Acquisitions in a report assembled from surveys of opposing counsel based on a joint project of  Law & Politics and San Francisco Magazine.
