Aaron Oser, Pillsbury’s former Global Head of Global Sourcing & Technology Transactions, is a recognized leader in structuring large-scale, complex strategic information technology and business process outsourcing, cloud, mission critical enterprise software and systems development and integration transactions.
Mr. Oser devotes a significant portion of his practice to counseling clients on large-scale, complex strategic information technology and business process outsourcing, transformational outsourcing, development, integration, facilities management and telecommunications transactions. He has negotiated and documented a wide variety of technology-related transactions, including information technology, business process and transformational outsourcing arrangements; turn-key system acquisition and systems integration agreements; software licensing, development, maintenance and distribution contracts; multimedia agreements; distribution agreements; video gaming agreements; professional services arrangements; and hardware acquisition and maintenance agreements. Mr. Oser has undertaken numerous high-profile technology transactions, including major outsourcings and technology transactions for Goldman Sachs, American Express, Ameriprise Financial, Royal Bank of Canada, New York Times, AOL, TE Connectivity, Goodyear, Starwood, Educational Testing Service and the Toronto-Dominion Bank. Mr. Oser’s six years of prior experience as a systems analyst and director for an information services department of the Office of the Mayor of New York City provides him with unique perspectives on technology transactions. Mr. Oser has substantial experience representing both technology consumers and vendors. He speaks frequently on structuring complex outsourcing arrangements.
