Alfred L. Pepin

Mr. Pepin, Jr. rejoined Pillsbury in 2003. He has had a distinguished legal career, which includes acting as the Chairman of the legacy Pillsbury firm from 1996-98. Also while at the firm, Mr. Pepin had overall responsibility of managing our work for the ChevronTexaco group of companies.
Mr. Pepin has a broad international and domestic commercial practice with extensive experience in acquisitions and sales of privately held businesses, joint ventures, oil and gas and construction and engineering related matters. He has handled matters related to many countries of the world and practiced in most countries of Europe, the Republics forming the Commonwealth of Independent States, a number of countries in Africa, Australia, Canada and Central and South America.
Mr. Pepin has been the lead lawyer in acquisitions and sales of privately held businesses located throughout the United States and Europe, having an aggregate value in the billions of dollars. He has substantial experience in all forms of international and domestic joint ventures, including significant experience in the Republics comprising the Commonwealth of Independent States, particularly Russia and Kazakhstan.
In 1970-72, Mr. Pepin, then a resident of Brussels, Belgium, had an active practice throughout Europe.
