Allen Briskin advises health care providers and payers, and the businesses that serve them, in a variety of legal, regulatory and business concerns, with particular emphasis upon privacy and data security, health care payment and licensure issues.
Allen advises hospitals and other health care providers and health information exchange organizations in matters of governance, regulatory compliance, managed care contracting and reimbursement, and physician alignment strategies. He also advises financial institutions, technology and information service providers, telecommunications providers and others in connection with the privacy and security of health information.
