Ms. Yates practices in real estate finance with an emphasis on representing lenders in originating and restructuring construction and permanent loans, lines of credit and letters of credit for commercial and residential projects, affordable housing finance (including low income housing tax credits), mezzanine loans and other real estate and construction loan transactions. Her practice also includes loan transactions with Native American tribes, bond transactions representing both underwriters and issuers of letters of credit, public-private partnerships, hotel finance, casino finance, ground lease finance and revolving secured and unsecured lines of credit. She also represents entities in real estate purchase and sale and investment transactions, including new markets tax credits.
Ms. Yates was formerly in-house counsel with Wells Fargo Bank’s legal department, representing the Real Estate Industries Group.
