Mr. Pandare is a consultant with Pillsbury's Global Sourcing consulting practice. Mr. Pandare is not an attorney. He has over 18 years of experience in information technology (IT) consulting and outsourcing services catering to manufacturing, chemical, energy, financial services and high tech industries. Mr. Pandare has worked closely with leading U.S.-based companies with planning/procurement, transition management and ongoing relationship management for their strategic sourcing relationships. Mr. Pandare’s experience with outsourcing spans on shore, off shore and near shore applications development and maintenance, remote infrastructure management, and business process outsourcing. Throughout his career he directed various engagements with companies such as Dell Managed Services, Power Computing, Ford Motor Company and Atos Origin.
