Anthony H. Schouten
|
Mr. Schouten, a partner in Pillsbury’s Finance practice, maintains a fully integrated corporate practice, including significant structured finance, corporate restructuring and derivatives. He has significant experience in advising underwriters, managers and investors regarding CLO and other structured credit transactions (both cash and synthetic). Most recently, Mr. Schouten's practice has concentrated on crafting and negotiating derivative and structured credit documentation for major investment banks. His current clients include major investment banks and leading asset managers.
Mr. Schouten regularly advises clients that are in the business of creating cutting-edge products and that require creative, “out-of-the-box” solutions to complex problems.
Following law school, Mr. Schouten served as a clerk in New York State Court to the Hon. Beverly Cohen and at the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg to the Hon. Nial Fennelly.
