Arielle Murphy’s practice involves the drafting and negotiation of construction, consulting, design, development, installation, and other construction-related agreements for large office, residential, hotel, and mixed-use projects.

Arielle also assists clients with various real estate matters, including the acquisition, development, management, and leasing of commercial and mixed-use properties.

Representative Experience

  • Prepared various consulting, design, and engineering agreements for the development of a 120,000 square foot museum near the National Mall in Southwest Washington, DC.
  • Assisted a major developer in the drafting and negotiation of many contracts for the design and construction of office, residential, and hotel buildings in the metropolitan DC area, including a 31-story, two-tower mixed-use project in Arlington, Virginia.
