Aubrey D. Charette

Ms. Charette is a Litigation associate in the New York office. Ms. Charette has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters. Ms. Charette has represented clients in matters relating to corporate governance, contract disputes, secured transactions, bankruptcy claims, and anti-trust.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Charette lived and worked internationally, including in Papua New Guinea, The Netherlands and Germany. She worked for the United Nations and the Government of Canada, among others. She presently serves on the board of War Child, a charity that works with war-affected children. She is also a member of the Kitigan Zibi Anishinabeg First Nation, an Algonquin band based in Quebec, Canada.
