Barbara L. Ziber
Ms. Ziber is Co-Administrator for Pillsbury’s two San Diego offices. Primarily focusing on human resources and employee relations, she is also responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the office and coordinating operational needs for attorneys and staff in the San Diego offices. Her responsibilities include the full range of human resources, office administration and facilities management duties, including supervision of secretarial and paraprofessional staff; performance management, staff recruitment, hiring and departures; attorney recruitment coordination and orientation; administration of benefits, implementation of the firm’s compensation plan; local event and conference planning and execution, vendor selection and management, maintaining the emergency response and safety program for the two offices, and finance duties, including budget preparation and billing. Ms. Ziber is involved in a variety of firmwide initiatives that include, but are not limited to, cost reductions, revenue improvement, office builds, renovations and lease negotiations.
