Beijing and China practice lawyers also work in tandem with experienced accountants, bankers and other business professionals in Greater China.
Our Beijing lawyers bring decades of experience in helping international clients structure their investments in China, as well helping Chinese clients expand internationally. Our lawyers in Beijing have decades of experience in mergers and acquisitions, including advice on operational issues and exit strategies, as well as corporate finance, real estate, energy, publishing and media, and technology transactions. Members of the team have represented clients in international arbitrations at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) and have experience working in the legal department of the Ministry of Commerce’s Beijing location.
