Mr. Noojin is a member of Pillsbury’s Corporate & Securities practice in the Washington, DC office. Mr. Noojin's practice focuses on general corporate and securities law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, public and private offerings, corporate governance and SEC disclosure, reporting and compliance.
Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Mr. Noojin worked as a legal clerk for Pillsbury's International Trade practice, where he assisted on a broad range of matters in the areas of international trade regulation and international law.
