Brooke L. Daniels focuses on complex global-sourcing and technology-oriented transactions on behalf of Fortune 500 international corporate clients. Brooke is head of Pillsbury's DC Global Sourcing & Technology Transactions group and the co-chair of Pillsbury’s Women's Impact Network (WIN).

Brooke provides seasoned advice and counsel, ranging from strategic and tactical guidance to problem solving business and legal issues that arise during the life cycle of a transaction. She has extensive experience in all phases, from developing sourcing strategies through final contract negotiations.
