Overman, of counsel, has joined the firm's Orange County office. He provides clients with advice in all aspects of asset finance, with an emphasis on lease financings. His practice serves clients in the manufacturing, mining, telecommunications, real estate and financial industries, primarily in the structuring of real estate and equipment deals. Overman comes to the firm most recently from the New York office of Deloitte & Touche LLP. Prior to spending nine years with that firm, he was an associate for Brown and Wood LLP in New York. Overman earned degrees in Economics and International Studies from Pepperdine University and obtained a J.D. and a Master’s of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
