“Rights enforcement is often a great way to monetize content,” according to Cydney Tune, head of Pillsbury’s Media & Entertainment industry team and Copyrights practice team, who recently addressed an American Bar Association audience on the topic of exploiting new media revenues. “We turn an ugly dispute into a transaction that works for everyone.”
