Christina Pearson, Global Head of Corporate and Securities—Technology, represents companies in every stage of their life cycle, from startup to maturity, and counsels her clients through liquidity transactions, such as venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings.

Christina works extensively with private companies, providing guidance on incorporation, corporate governance, capital raising, securities laws and transactional matters. She also assists public companies in their public and other equity offerings, corporate governance and periodic reporting matters. Christina regularly counsels a wide range of public and private companies in their strategic acquisitions and exit events and has been recognized for her role in mergers and acquisitions by Global M&A Network and M&A Advisor. She was recently recognized as one of the 2022 Women Leaders in Tech Law by The Recorder’s California Legal Awards for the Corporate/Transactions category.

  • Represented TD SYNNEX Corporation in its acquisition of Convergys Corporation for $2.4 billion, its acquisition of The Minacs Group Pte for $420 million, its acquisition of IBM’s customer care business for $505 million, its purchase of Westcon-Comstor’s Latin America and North America operations from Datatec Ltd. for $800 million, which was awarded M&A Atlas’ 2018 Deal of the Year, its spin-off of Concentrix Corporation, and in its $7.2 billion merger with Tech Data Corporation, a portfolio company of Apollo Global Management Inc.
  • Represented Inphi Corporation in its acquisition of eSilicon Corporation for $216 million, its acquisition of ClariPhy Communications Inc. for $275 million, its sale of its memory business to Rambus Inc. for $90 million, and ultimate sale to Marvell Technology Group Ltd. for $10 billion, which was the third-largest semiconductor deal and one of only two mega-deals led by women in 2020.
