Ms. Meyer has a general regulatory practice that focuses primarily on a wide variety of environmental, health and safety issues and on antitrust advice principally in the context of transactions.

Ms. Meyer’s environmental, health and safety practice includes providing advice on transactional and compliance audits, permitting, enforcement, compliance, training, labeling and communication, environmental management systems and legislative and regulatory developments. Ms. Meyer provides counsel in transactions including negotiations of contractual provisions, transfer of permits, supervisions of remediation plans and notice to and negotiations with regulatory agencies. Ms. Meyer was responsible for developing, and coordinating, a North American environmental, health and safety compliance audit program for a multinational European company and also assisted in its adaptation outside North America.

Ms. Meyer’s antitrust practice concentrates on providing advice in connection with the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, including determinations of the applicability of the Act, coordination of required filings and submissions, evaluation of competition issues, compliance with requests for information and negotiation of regulatory agreements and consent decrees.
