Chunbin Xu focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, regulatory compliance and corporate governance, nonprofits, anti-monopoly, as well as other general corporate matters.

Based in the Shanghai office, Chunbin advises Chinese and foreign clients in a broad range of industries on their investments and operations, including aviation, automobile, manufacturing, energy, technology, commercial and distribution, publications, telecommunication, and hotels and travel business industries. He assists clients with transaction structuring and transaction documents and advise clients on a variety of issues, such as industry policies, regulatory and compliance requirements, import and export, competition law, commercial transactions, employment issues and other relevant issues.
