Cindy’s practice encompassed executive employment and severance agreements, change in control provisions and performance incentive plans, with a primary focus on tax, ERISA and securities law issues. She also has extensive experience with the negotiation of benefits issues in mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures; international benefits; retirement and welfare plans; and ERISA’s fiduciary responsibility, prohibited transaction and plan asset rules.
