Pillsbury represented Citigroup in the first U.S. financing of a Vietnam venture in three decades—a $101 million aircraft deal for Vietnam Airlines that was named a Global Trade Review deal of the year. And in another Global Trade Review awardwinner, Pillsbury represented Citigroup as lead arranger and bookrunner in one of the largest-ever private investments in Haiti, raising $134 million for Digicel, the leading cell phone operator in the English-speaking Caribbean.
