A charter member of Pillsbury's Global Sourcing group since its founding in the late 1980s, Mr. Wolff represents clients in a wide array of technology transactions.

Mr. Wolff regularly represents Fortune 500 companies as customers in a broad spectrum of outsourcing transactions, including information technology outsourcing (ITO), business process outsourcing (BPO), – including Finance & Accounting and Human Resources Administration outsourcing – application development and maintenance (AD/M) outsourcing, and Software-as-a-Service and other Cloud-based service offerings. He also maintains an active practice representing early stage companies in preparing and negotiating agreements with their customers, suppliers and technology licensors.

Mr. Wolff’s experience includes representing both licensors and customers in nearly all manner of software-related transactions, from contracting for software programming and development services to transactions for the licensing, customization, integration and implementation of highly complex business applications, including ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. A distinctive aspect of his practice has been the representation of technology service providers and state and local government customers in structuring and negotiating performance-based public-private partnerships with for large, complex IT systems and services.

Mr. Wolff’s practice spans a number of industry sectors, including financial services, telecommunications, health care, public utilities, manufacturing, and not-for-profit organizations. In the course of his representations, Mr. Wolff often works with clients’ internal IT, data security, privacy, risk management and human resources organizations to adapt and tailor their standards, policies and procedures for use with third-party suppliers.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Wolff has chaired Pillsbury's technology, business continuity, and website upgrade committees.
