Biohazard and Biomedical
Pillsbury counsels management, lab personnel and investigators on safety and compliance conditions at university and commercial labs and research facilities. Our practice includes matters involving hazardous and extremely hazardous waste, in which we frequently defend major enforcement actions under state and federal laws. When labs and facilities face investigations or audits, we advise on how to handle CDC site visits and negotiate with the CDC on any findings of violations and corrective actions.
