Disaster Preparedness Planning

President Obama's National Infrastructure Advisory Council selected the disaster planning program and legal analysis that Pillsbury's litigators designed for the City of New York as the model for all U.S. cities. Pillsbury proactively assesses risks faced by corporations and governments in their disaster preparedness planning. Our work includes a review of emergency plans against federal, state and local laws to ensure that clients have adequate legal authority for all operational plans. We also help clients assemble in-house emergency response teams that are prepared for quick and appropriate action at a moment's notice.
