Ms. Muilenburg practices in the Litigation department of Pillsbury. Ms. Muilenburg has experience litigating complex commercial cases in both federal and state court at the trial and appellate court levels. She has represented clients in connection with a variety of matters, including intellectual property disputes, such as trade secret misappropriation and patent and copyright infringement, as well as actions involving allegations of breach of contract and securities fraud. Ms. Muilenburg has defended commercial entities in class action lawsuits alleging unfair/unlawful business practices, including under California's gift card laws, the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, as well as employers faced with wage-hour class actions.
