Mr. Bosley is an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Emerging Growth & Technology practice group.

Mr. Bosley focuses on securities compliance and corporate governance advice to public companies; representation of high-growth companies, investors, and commercial and investment banks in complex business transactions including mergers and acquisitions; representation of private and publicly held companies and investors in corporate finance and technology transactions; and advice to technology companies from start-up through private placements with institutional investors (venture capital) and initial public offering transactions.

His representative transactions include 144A offerings of debt securities, public offerings of debt securities and equity unit, venture capital financings (company and investor), and acquisition and disposition of public and private companies.

Prior to entering the field of law, Mr. Bosley worked with KVIE Channel 6 (PBS Affiliate) and Capital Area Development Authority as a financial analyst.
