Amy (Yueqiao) Liu is a China Counsel in Pillsbury's Corporate practice, where she focuses on corporate law, foreign investments, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory and compliance issues.
Based in the Beijing office, Amy assists clients in various industries including manufacturing, automobile, telecommunication, technology, publishing, non-profit, agriculture, pharmaceutical, hotels and transportation, etc.
