Her practice encompasses a wide range of agreements, including information technology (IT) and business process outsourcing (BPO) transactions, transition of services, software-as-a-service (SaaS), software licensing, payments transactions and branding agreements.

  • Supported Everi Holdings Inc. in negotiating the transition services agreement for its $6.2 billion gaming merger with International Game Technology PLC.
  • Advised a major credit card network on a variety of transactions including merchant acquisition, processing agreements and partnered acceptance initiatives.
  • Advised major financial institutions on a variety of transactions including complex outsourcing arrangements.
