Grace works with a variety of public and private clients including tech companies and startups, primarily in the artificial intelligence, fintech, blockchain/cryptocurrency, SaaS, semiconductor, life sciences, digital health and cybersecurity sectors.

- Represented Eat Just, Inc., a company that produces plant-based and cultured meat products, in its $200 million funding round led by the Qatar Investment Authority and in the $170 million funding round of GOOD Meat (a subsidiary of Eat Just Inc.).
