James Quail’s litigation practice focuses on arbitration, trial and appeal of complex commercial disputes across a broad range of matters including breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation, oil and gas litigation, tort and product liability, and bankruptcy suits.

James has also worked to maintain an active pro bono practice and has represented undocumented immigrant children in family, juvenile, and immigration courts in partnership with Kids in Need of Defense (KIND).
