Suzanne’s pragmatic transactions practice, which spans the full lifecycle of third-party relationships, results from a career that combines technical and legal experience at commercial insurance, retail, asset-backed securities and global automotive companies. Suzanne brings experience leading the technology contract aspects to fulfill a variety of business needs, such as restructuring numerous manufacturing and financial services businesses, as well as acquisition of several technology businesses, establishing a vendor relationship management department, drafting template terms, and assessing risks associated with the use of all types of technology. Suzanne’s in-house roles have also included advising business partners on the full range of legal risk considerations, including data privacy and cyber security risks, related to the acquisition and provision of technology related services.
