2020 Ethics Update

Pillsbury Litigation partner David Keyko will discuss recent Ethics and Professional Responsibility developments for attorneys, with special emphasis on Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.  In addition to his practice, David has lectured and written widely on legal ethics, securities, antitrust, and general litigation topics, and chairs the Practising Law Institute’s programs on federal pretrial practice and ethics for corporate lawyers. He also was recognized by Best Lawyers as Lawyer of the Year, Ethics and Professional Responsibility—New York, 2012, 2017 and 2019.*
