Focusing her practice on global security, cybersecurity and government affairs, Ghosh provides strategic counsel on government affairs strategy; federal and state regulatory obligations; security policy, legislation, and rulemaking; and industry best practices with respect to security planning, response, and recovery. Ghosh has been recognized by Chambers USA for Government Relations from 2019 to 2023 and by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for Government Relations Practice from 2021 to 2024.

Shankar focuses on general corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, emerging companies, public and private offerings, and corporate governance. Among the many M&A deals she works on, Shankar notably worked on a Pillsbury deal team that advised SYNNEX Corporation—now TD SYNNEX—in its $7.2 billion merger with Apollo Global Management Inc. Additionally, in 2024, she was recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for Corporate law.
