CHIPS Act Executive Roundtable

Nancy and Aimee will lead a discussion on the following:

• Overview of the new National Semiconductor Technology Center, a focus of the federal government’s strategy to advance innovations in microelectronics R&D. The Center envisions participation with fabless designers.
• Update on the CHIPS Act semiconductor manufacturing incentives program, including the forthcoming opportunity for semiconductor R&D facilities and “teaming” with award recipients.
• Collaboration with other agencies focusing on microelectronics development and research, including partnering and direct engagement opportunities with the DOD Microelectronics Commons.
