Pillsbury’s CRA Forum will focus on key legal and business implications of the CRA’s final rule and important considerations for effectively addressing the complexity of the new compliance obligations. The Pillsbury CRA Forum will be hosted by our financial industry and regulatory team, with discussion led by Brian Montgomery, Pillsbury senior counsel and former deputy superintendent at the New York Department of Financial Services where he oversaw CRA and fair lending examinations of banks. Brian's presentation will also include insights about how New York will respond to the new federal CRA rules.
