DVB Bank Arranges Financing for Two A320neo Aircraft

DVB Bank arranged a two A320neo structured debt facility for Artic Aviation Assets. Artic Aviation Assets is the fully owned Irish leasing company of Norweigen Air Shuttle. The aircraft will be leased to Hong Kong Express from Airbus and placed on long-term operating leases. Graham Tyler led the Pillsbury team that acted as counsel to DVB Bank. The team also included Rakhi Savjani and Luke Drake.
