A team of Pillsbury lawyers advised Fera Pets, Inc., a vet-founded pet supplement company, in its recent acquisition by General Mills. Terms of the transaction have not yet been publicly disclosed.
Fera Pets will become part of General Mills’ new growth equity fund, designed to own, scale and incubate strategically aligned businesses for future integration into the company’s core portfolio, according to a company press release.
