Pillsbury advised Forza Telecom, a California-based turnkey service and solutions provider, in its recent acquisition by AFL, an international manufacturer of fiber optic cable and accessories and provider of engineering and installation services.
The terms of the acquisition were not publicly disclosed.
Forza provides state-of-the-art distributed antenna systems, or DAS, capabilities to some of the largest sports venues in North America. As such, the acquisition is expected to further expand AFL’s solutions portfolio with specialized indoor and outdoor DAS capabilities.
