Pillsbury’s Houston office, which celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2023, will soon relocate to Hines’ 609 Main.

According to coverage in the Houston Business Journal, the new office will offer “an updated setting that provides convenient, first-class amenities for Pillsbury’s workforce and clients” while remaining close to the courthouses.

The office will move to the new 28,000-square-foot space this spring.

“Houston is the energy—and energy transition—capital of the world and home to a diverse, ever-growing corporate and innovation community comprised of the client base we regularly represent,” said Houston office managing partner Amanda Halter. “Our new space will be more reflective of our dynamic and vibrant personnel and the business environment here, and we are absolutely thrilled that we’ll soon be able to call 609 Main our Houston home.”

The 48-story, 1.1 million square foot building opened its doors in 2017 and offers amenities including a hotel-style lobby with a café, a 7,000-square-foot fitness center and an 8,000-square-foot conference center, among other things. The building is among the most energy-efficient and environmentally friendly offices spaces in Houston, with a Platinum level certification achievement under the U.S. Green Building Council's LEED rating system. The Houston Business Journal honored the building in 2018 for the Landmark Awards, which recognizes real estate projects that significantly impact the city.
