A team of Pillsbury lawyers led by Corporate partner Steve Ryan advised human resources consulting and executive search firm Enspira in its recent acquisition by HUDDL3 Group. The acquisition follows Enspira’s subsequent merger with LEAD3R, a HUDDL3 Group company.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
In connection with HUDDL3’s global expansion goal, the LEAD3R and Enspira teams will operate under both brands, and Enspira will deliver on human capital consulting projects, according to a company press release.
