Nicole Islinger, Corporate partner at Pillsbury, recently led representation for private equity firm, IMB Partners, in its strategic investment in government contractor, eTelligent Group (eTel).
eTel is a premier emerging technologies provider that offers program management solutions to the U.S. Government, more specifically, the Internal Revenue Services. IMB’s investment is expected to allow eTel to undertake larger contracts and explore potential future acquisitions to diversify the customer base.
