The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity, or LCLD, has named Pillsbury a Top Performer and Compass Award winner for 2023.

LCLD recognizes law firms and corporations that demonstrate a strong, continued dedication to developing a more inclusive legal profession. The company is comprised of the leaders of the legal profession—more than 450 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners—who all share the same goal: building a more equitable and diverse legal profession.

The Top Performer award recognizes organizations that fall within the top 20 percent for participation in the LCLD programs and activities.

Additionally, the Compass Award celebrates the most active LCLD members throughout the year. To be considered for the award, individuals and organizations must fulfill requirements including attending the Annual Membership Meeting, Leadership Summit and/or submit a Leader’s Pledge and actively participate in each of the LCLD’s fellowship programs (Fellows, Pathfinder and Pipeline)—all within a single calendar year.

This year, Pillsbury selected Insolvency & Restructuring partner Dania Slim to serve as a member of LCLD’s Fellows program along with Corporate senior associate Jessica Dabiri and Global Sourcing & Technology Transactions senior associate Jengeih Tamba to participate as Pathfinder members.
