Pillsbury advised OnCore Consulting LLC, a leading provider of information technology consulting services for the public sector in California, in its recent combination with GCOM, a leading technology company specializing in outcome-driven solutions for state and local governments.
The terms of the transaction have not yet been disclosed, however, OnCore’s co-founder and Managing Director will join the Board of Directors of the combined entities.
