Pillsbury advised Petvisor, a veterinary and pet services business management and client engagement software platform, in a recent $100 million funding round.
Apax Digital Funds led the investment round with participation from existing investors including Frontier Growth, PeakSpan Capital and Petvisor’s management team. The raised funds are expected to propel Petvisor into its next growth phase and focus on enhancing pet care through advanced, mobile-enabled solutions, customer support services and research and development, according to a company press release.
