Pillsbury advised Phalanx Impact Partners, a New York-based private equity firm, in its investment in the $20 million Series B equity financing round for On.Energy, an energy storage system solutions provider.

Fund management firm Ultra Capital led the transaction.

The investment brings On.Energy’s total equity to $30 million and a significant allocation of funds is expected to be put towards the development, construction and operation of its energy storage systems in the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) market.
