Pillsbury has advised representatives of the underwriters on DTE Electric Company’s latest green bond offering: a $650 million issuance earmarked for the financing of wind and solar facility construction as well as to support energy efficiency programs. The offering closed on February 15.

Joint book-running managers for the offering were Barclays Capital Inc.; BNY Mellon Capital Markets, LLC; J.P. Morgan Securities LLC; and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated. Fifth Third Securities, Inc.; SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc.; US Bancorp Investments, Inc.; Loop Capital Markets LLC; and Siebert Cisneros Shank & Co, L.L.C. served as co-managers.
