Pillsbury-Led M&A Deals Receive Recognition at 2022 Americas M&A Atlas Awards

LifeSpeak’s acquisition of Wellbeats, a market-leading provider of an on-demand, SaaS physical wellbeing platform, was named the winner of the Canada M&A Deal of the Year (Mid-Market) category. Pillsbury represented LifeSpeak, the leading mental health and total wellbeing platform for employers, health plans and insurance companies. The transaction accelerated LifeSpeak’s ability to meet rapidly growing demand from organizations for a comprehensive, single-vendor solution to meet mental and physical health support needs. Leading the Pillsbury deal team was Corporate partner Jon Russo along with Corporate partner Ted Powers and associates Nina Bakhtina and Denis O’Regan. Recognized as Americas IT & Services Deal of the Year is NTT DATA’s acquisition of Postlight LLC, a digital strategy, design and engineering company.
