IAM has ranked Pillsbury’s market-leading Intellectual Property practice and six of its partners in the publication’s 2019 Patent 1000 list. The firm is recommended in Washington, DC for Litigation and in Texas for Prosecution and Transactions. In its profile of Pillsbury’s patent litigation capabilities, IAM writes that the firm is a “growing force,” in ITC and ANDA proceedings and notes Reynolds' impressive track record—she has handled more than 50 Section 337 investigations—along with Sabharwal’s experience representing pharmaceutical clients against competitors. The profile also praises Atkins as an “artful persuader” and the firm’s best-known IP trial lawyer and notes that Practice Section Leader Jack Barufka “fills the trusted advisor role to perfection” for clients.
