Pillsbury has earned the Mansfield Rule 6.0 Plus Certification, the highest level of Mansfield certification, as a result of the firm’s continuing dedication to increasing opportunities for all, expanding our talent pools, implementing transparent processes and promoting inclusivity.

Among the many firms that participate and have sought the Mansfield Certification, Pillsbury works hard to ensure that the firm’s advancement practices and processes are inclusive, equitable and transparent. Individuals from historically underrepresented demographic groups hold more than 30 percent of key firm leadership roles, which exceeds the baseline Mansfield certification requirements.
